So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

Even if you create a new email account, with new phone number, still it wont work. Basically this rewards program is a scam. It might be randomly working for some handful of people.

It's very bad, I had 13,000 rewards points, when I try to redeem using amazon $10 cards, they never send to my email, they kept letting me enter my msn account Password million times, while never sending the redeemed amazon cards. I keep entering my phone number, email, and msn password, they just let me do it again and again and again, it seems that the reward redeem program never works.

Microsoft Bing and Microsoft itself has turned into what I usually get in my UPS mail box a.k.a, Junk mail selling things that hardly anyone would really want.

Yes, I use a VPN. Nothing in the Microsoft terms that preclude using a VPN.

    Read it again....

Apparently, per Newsie2000, there is something in the rules for which we aren't allowed to use a VPN. I always use a VPN when I am online. It used to not matter and I could redeem my earned points. A few months ago, I was informed by a Microsoft automated reply, that I could not redeem points because I broke their rules. Sad. I know many people who use VPNs when they are online. Too bad Microsoft is behind the times.
