If your in the UK region, all of the robux options have been removed. Nobody other than Microsoft knows why or when they are to return.
However you can still get robux if you work for the (xbox) £5 gift card. Unfortunately it will take a while to gain all the points as it requires 5k+ but dont lose hope.
