Bing points not working.

in Microsoft rewards, there is an explore on Bing section, where you have to search up stuff for points like the ones about your favorite movies, lyrics, flights, shopping lists, local restaurants etc. (they all give 10 points each). I've noticed you have to search a specific/certain prompt for you get those points. I'm stuck on the "search for hotels to stay on your next adventure!" and I don't know what prompt to search, as I've tried everything. It'll really help out.

    You are absolutely correct! I'm still waiting on cash back from January so since I've waited that long to get my money into my account I've decided to go back to cap one for cash back and ask for Microsoft's other stuff my Outlook is a total mess since they changed to the new version. Think I'm going to go back to AOL because it's just absolutely ridiculous every time I log on Outlook wants me to buy something

    I told Microsoft thanks for the pair of pants I received when I ordered a winter jacket. I guess I can throw them around my neck and wear them as a scarf. This is a perfet analogy for what you get out of them nowadays.

    I currently have no more faith in this rewards program anymore. I wouldn't cash them in unless you know exactly what you are getting. I now have $25 sitting in a Microsoft account I can do absolutely nothing with, because I wanted to make a Microsoft purchase from a Microsoft account using Microsoft cash that Microsoft doesn't even recognize. Imagine that. Spit in the face. Once they are cashed in to Microsoft, they cannot be returned even to their own point system. What's wrong with this picture?

    i feel you. Microsoft used to be the go to back in the day. Now they are screwing everything up and you can't put your faith in anything with the Microsoft name on it anymore. I guess it thinks it has its monopoly position back now and noone has anywhere else to turn.
