Yeah, I’m having the same problem across browsers and devices. I’ve been trying to redeem an Xbox gift card but when I click the button it just refreshes. I’m just glad that it’s a general issue and it‘s not my computer or anything. Anyone know if they’re working on a fix or not?
I received an email from Microsoft a couple of days ago saying they were working on it. Mine has been fixed, I was able to redeem my points for a gift card today.
Yep, wasn't working for me for over a week and after checking everyday, today it's finally working.
Mine is working now too I guess there was finally enough complaints.
