I was attempting to redeem my Microsoft points for a gift card but whenever I click confirm it just refreshes.

Microsoft replied and said it was fix because they saw me redeem points after the service ticket.
I should have been more clear, I can't redeem through any web browsers. I had to use the rewards app on the xbox to redeem my points. The app doesn't give all the options that the webpage does. Please fix, as of writing this it still doesn't work in browsers. -

My ticket was closed, though, and I got no further response.

i had almost 12K points a few days ago, now it says i have 3000! i never (CAUSE I CANNOT) used any of them!
EDIT: Nevermind, i forgot i had auto redeem on for a 10$ Xbox card...not that i could cancel it.
