I was attempting to redeem my Microsoft points for a gift card but whenever I click confirm it just refreshes.
A program that grants points for using Bing search, which users can redeem for gift cards, sweepstakes entries, or charitable donations.

Same issue here! Been going on for weeks now. i bet if this was going on with people paying money on a game they'd have fixed it in seconds.
I'll remember this Xbox, such as when i order games on PSN and Steam ;)
I am having the same issue as everyone else. The redeem button does not work to redeem anything at all.
This is also happening to me as well and preventing me from redeeming points to assist in buying games that I will be spending extra $$ on. Until Microsoft can fix this I guess I will not be spending money on any of your software. Your choice, fix the problem that many are having, or lose out on additional money you could have been generating. Seems simple to me!
It's currently happening to me as well. Different browsers, clearing browsing history/cache/etc, or different devices and still doing the same thing. Even trying to click on "order history" it just refreshes the redeem page . . .
IT still doesn't work it just refreshes the page
