Redeeming button for Microsoft rewards not working

I was attempting to redeem my Microsoft points for a gift card but whenever I click confirm it just refreshes.

    Hi, MitchellMacy,

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

    The first thing that you can try is to clear the browser cache, sometimes cached information on the browser could cause this problem.

    1-Open the browser then press Ctrl+Shift+Delete

    2-Click on the advanced tab and change the time range to 'All'

    3-Check all options then click on the Clear button.

    Alert: This procedure will delete all cached files including saved passwords and autofill information.

    If the problem persists, you will need to contact the Bing Rewards Team by filling out the form in the link below. They're the ones who can look into this issue further.

    It still doesn’t work. I’ve used my phone, the pc at my work, and even a different web browser & still having the exact same issue. There is a sale going on right now & will expire in a day or so but cannot redeem my Microsoft rewards.
