Yeah, I’m having the same problem across browsers and devices. I’ve been trying to redeem an Xbox gift card but when I click the button it just refreshes. I’m just glad that it’s a general issue and it‘s not my computer or anything. Anyone know if they’re working on a fix or not?

i had almost 12K points a few days ago, now it says i have 3000! i never (CAUSE I CANNOT) used any of them!
EDIT: Nevermind, i forgot i had auto redeem on for a 10$ Xbox card...not that i could cancel it.
Exactly! I've been dealing with this for weeks. They have only responded with wrong answers that have nothing to do with my problem or try different browser. They do not read full message that I've tried every device possible.

Microsoft replied and said it was fix because they saw me redeem points after the service ticket.
I should have been more clear, I can't redeem through any web browsers. I had to use the rewards app on the xbox to redeem my points. The app doesn't give all the options that the webpage does. Please fix, as of writing this it still doesn't work in browsers.
Same here. I got a similar response from Microsoft four days ago and told them that the web site issue has NOT been resolved. My ticket was closed, though, and I got no further response.
