I was attempting to redeem my Microsoft points for a gift card but whenever I click confirm it just refreshes.

Having same issue in March... smh Microsoft. For anyone still having this issue, I used the redeem portal from Safari on my phone and it worked. The confirm button is supposed to lead to an SMS verification screen it looks like.
