I was attempting to redeem my Microsoft points for a gift card but whenever I click confirm it just refreshes.

I am having the same issue as everyone else. The redeem button does not work to redeem anything at all.
Same issue here! Been going on for weeks now. i bet if this was going on with people paying money on a game they'd have fixed it in seconds.
I'll remember this Xbox, such as when i order games on PSN and Steam ;)
What is the real fix for this. All of these people here and none of us are having success with your lackluster suggestion. How about fixing your website so that it actually works. I bet you all wouldn't be so slow to act if the purchase button was messed up.
I'm using Chrome and it does not work for me. Just refreshes.
