I was attempting to redeem my Microsoft points for a gift card but whenever I click confirm it just refreshes.

2023-01-04T14:38:15+00:00 I received an email from Microsoft a couple of days ago saying they were working on it. Mine has been fixed, I was able to redeem my points for a gift card today.

2023-01-03T22:10:42+00:00 Yeah, I’m having the same problem across browsers and devices. I’ve been trying to redeem an Xbox gift card but when I click the button it just refreshes. I’m just glad that it’s a general issue and it‘s not my computer or anything. Anyone know if they’re working on a fix or not?
