Redeeming button for Microsoft rewards not working

I was attempting to redeem my Microsoft points for a gift card but whenever I click confirm it just refreshes.

    Everyone! Check your points!

    i had almost 12K points a few days ago, now it says i have 3000! i never (CAUSE I CANNOT) used any of them!

    EDIT: Nevermind, i forgot i had auto redeem on for a 10$ Xbox card...not that i could cancel it.

    I'm using Chrome and it does not work for me. Just refreshes.

    I am experiencing this same problem and don't know how to fix this on edge on the xbox one
