"There is an issue with your account or order."

I have been using Microsoft Rewards for about a year now, and the first time I ever redeemed anything was 7/6/2022. Ever since then, I have been able to redeem rewards properly, and do what I want with my points. At 3/12/2023, this story changed. I went to redeem about 1,500 points, so I clicked what I wanted, entered my phone number, pressed send, and was hit with a white screen that said, "There is an issue with your account or order." Now, I know for a fact there's no issues with my account. So, I tried it again. Same page. I tried it again repeatedly, then decided I was going to contact microsoft. I emailed three times, now four, I have searched this issue up various times, cleared my cache, reset my computer, done about everything on the list. I've tried it on my phone, my iPad, I've tried it on other phones, no avail. I am convinced it was my account, and I really wanted to just make a new account.. But I can't transfer points. Today I finally reached my goal of 6,000 points, and I once again went to redeem and it didn't work. This issue seems to have no resolve, and nobody at microsoft seems to want to email me back. There's no fix as far as I know, and I'm ready to give up. The other day, I uninstalled the browser extension and reinstalled hoping that'd fix it and it didn't. So far I have found no solution, nothing even slightly working. Every time I even remotely managed to put in the order, it cancelled itself. Nobody at Microsoft is listening to my 4 emails, I've checked every folder in search of a response but to no avail. I wanted to try the hotlines, but I could not find a certain product. I tried to import an image, but appears that doesn't wanna work either. Someone from Microsoft Rewards Support, I'd appreciate if you could contact me. I've tried to be patient, but it appears it doesn't want to work any day.

Update, 3/16/23: Still not working. I'll keep updating, though.

Update, 3/28/23: Not working.

    I've the same problem today 1st Sept 2023 that I had on 1st May 2023.

    I tried to redeem 7600 points for a £5.00 Amazon reward and got the following message:-

    "There’s an issue with your account or order. Please contact Microsoft Rewards customer support for assistance."

    I've contacted MR with no reply yet.

    Once again I've stopped using MR until this issue is resolved.

    I've received this shocking reply from Microsoft. Seems like it's the end of Microsoft Rewards for me. What a waste of time.

    Hello,

    I hope you are doing fine! This is Dexter from Microsoft Rewards support and I will be assisting you with Service Request ....

    I have gathered information that you are not able to redeem £5 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. I understand how important it is to successfully redeem £5 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. I am more than willing to assist you with that. For this one, please allow me to explain.

    After review, we regret to inform you that your Microsoft Rewards does not conform to the Microsoft Services Agreement governing the Rewards program which you accepted when joining.

    Our research indicates that you or your Microsoft Rewards account has engaged in one or more violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement, which may include, but is not limited to:

    • Maintaining more than six (6) user accounts per household;
    • Opening more than one (1) user account per individual;
    • Residing outside of the regions listed in Microsoft Rewards FAQ
    • Providing inaccurate account information, including your true first and last name, your complete and accurate mailing address, a working phone number and your email address;
    • Redeeming an item from a market outside of your current location;
    • Using a bot, cheat code, macro or other automated method to participate in Microsoft Rewards;

    As a result, your orders have been cancelled, any points accumulated in your accounts have been voided, any pending prize orders have been cancelled, and you're disqualified from participating in Microsoft Rewards.

    Sincerely,
    Dexter

    You made that up. I have one Microsoft account only and have had only one account only. Only me in household. I have used rewards on one account .Microsoft weirdly allowed me to buy competition rewards but not Amazon. Do not make up violations I have used 1 account only under email d_ ******@sky.com. I have a gmail email account too I use to reply on emails but only 1 Microsoft account. Why can get a reward on Microsoft competition by not Amazon. Explain that.

    This is the same email I got from MSN support and then next day my account is suspended. It seem to be a standard template email and then banned the account when you ask for reasons why you can't redeem.
