"There is an issue with your account or order."

I have been using Microsoft Rewards for about a year now, and the first time I ever redeemed anything was 7/6/2022. Ever since then, I have been able to redeem rewards properly, and do what I want with my points. At 3/12/2023, this story changed. I went to redeem about 1,500 points, so I clicked what I wanted, entered my phone number, pressed send, and was hit with a white screen that said, "There is an issue with your account or order." Now, I know for a fact there's no issues with my account. So, I tried it again. Same page. I tried it again repeatedly, then decided I was going to contact microsoft. I emailed three times, now four, I have searched this issue up various times, cleared my cache, reset my computer, done about everything on the list. I've tried it on my phone, my iPad, I've tried it on other phones, no avail. I am convinced it was my account, and I really wanted to just make a new account.. But I can't transfer points. Today I finally reached my goal of 6,000 points, and I once again went to redeem and it didn't work. This issue seems to have no resolve, and nobody at microsoft seems to want to email me back. There's no fix as far as I know, and I'm ready to give up. The other day, I uninstalled the browser extension and reinstalled hoping that'd fix it and it didn't. So far I have found no solution, nothing even slightly working. Every time I even remotely managed to put in the order, it cancelled itself. Nobody at Microsoft is listening to my 4 emails, I've checked every folder in search of a response but to no avail. I wanted to try the hotlines, but I could not find a certain product. I tried to import an image, but appears that doesn't wanna work either. Someone from Microsoft Rewards Support, I'd appreciate if you could contact me. I've tried to be patient, but it appears it doesn't want to work any day.

Update, 3/16/23: Still not working. I'll keep updating, though.

Update, 3/28/23: Not working.

    Same problem here.

They answered and told me I used a VoIP number, even though I never in my life used one.

The second time they answered that I earned points in different markets, even though I never did that. I don't even have a vpn and have no idea what they mean by different markets. I traveled abroad multiple times, but didn't even do my daily tasks there. I used bing for searches as usual, but this shouldn't count as a violation (should I use google when abroad???).

Seeing all these reports here I guess Microsoft just want to avoid paying. I have a lot of points, I was saving for an amazon voucher, I guess I should uninstall edge and go back to using google.

I had this same issue, as well as not having emails responded to. I believe my problem had to do with my business phone number, which is VoIP (voice over internet, which is a common economical business enterprise). When I changed the phone number to a private cell number, the code came through, and I was able to complete the redemption process.
