I need an email address for customer service. Support keep sending me to the Feedback hub which only allows 255 characters and no images.
I need to report how disappointed I am in the failure of my earbuds after only one year.

All of these internet companies don't want to be given valuable feedback on their products. It is very frustrating when someone could offer some insight and they refuse to be told anything.
Thank you, I was beginning to think it was me not being able to find a customer service email. What a shocking thing for microsoft not to support customers. where would they be without us.
