Right click on the network you can't connect to. Tell the PC to forget the network. Turn off Wi-Fi. Turn on Wi-Fi. When your PC finds the network try to connect. This might work.
Surface Book 2 (Can't connect to this network)

I have Surface Book 2 ( i7-8650U 1.90GHz / RAM 16GB / 1TB / RTX 1050 )
I received an update today after restart I couldn't connect to my network and get the message ( Can't connect to this network. I tried other devices and it connects normally.
How can I fix this please?

exactly what process did you follow for reset/recovery? did you try changing the
wifi channel on your router?

2019-08-16T00:28:30+00:00 Just had this same problem today on a Surface. So far only reliable solution has been to roll back from Win10 Build 1903 to previous version. Then pausing updates until MS fixes this. Not a great solution but it works. Same scenario last week on a custom built PC with with ethernet-connected Realtek PCI GBe network adapter.
