I did restart to my network and also did reset through recovery and still I couldn't connect to the wifi

Hello
I have Surface Book 2 ( i7-8650U 1.90GHz / RAM 16GB / 1TB / RTX 1050 )
I received an update today after restart I couldn't connect to my network and get the message ( Can't connect to this network. I tried other devices and it connects normally.
How can I fix this please?
