No Pressure Sensitivity for the Surface Pen on Painter/Designer(SurfaceStudio 2)

I'm using the surface pen with a Surface Studio 2. Pen pressure is working well on others applications such as CC and Affinity. I tried to install Wacom drivers, multiple Wintab from Microsoft, did all my updates. I don't know what else to do, please help me! Pen pressure on Substance Softwares with the Surface Pen seems to have been an issue for ages, can't figure it out why though. What drivers are you guys using to support pen pressure? Will try to contact Microsoft as well. Thanks.

    Hi rysen_spark , 

    Thank you for your response, we would suggest to uninstall the Wacom drivers as this could have caused glitches on the Surface pen drivers on the Surface Studio. 

    Also, we recommend to try installing the latest firmware for the Surface Studio 2, through this link.

    Before downloading this, please type in winver on the Search tab and take note of the OS Build. Download the closest OS Build on the download option shown on the link above. Once downloaded, please do a restart on the Surface Studio. 

    Please keep us updated on the results. We look forward for your response.

    The Surface pen is currently not officially supported. We don't have an ETA at this point but we'll let you know when we do. I meant it may or may not work, as we haven't worked specifically on the pen support until now.

    *It's important to note that the pen pressure in Substance Painter is working well on surface pro 4 with the newest Wintab drivers. Hope there will be a Wintab update for the Surface Studio 2 as well :)

    Hi rysen_spark,

    If the pen works fine with the other apps such as CC and Affinity then we can conclude that the Pen is working on the Surface Studio 2. You may need to check with the developer of the application your using.
