Not so good Update,
Received the 12L update and i was so hopeful that they would of addressed the issue. Unfortunately i have been let down and I encounter the same issues.

When connected to a Bluetooth audio device like my car or Surface Ear Buds I have the following problem:
Connects properly without issues. Listen to music or Audible for a few minutes and the audio stops. The audio doesn't pause, the Bluetooth doesn't disconnect but the sound just stops.
Disconnecting Bluetooth in audio device and surfaceduo2 and restarting helps but the problem will repeat. Makes BT unusable.
Anyone else have this problem??

Since my last post, I have become so incredibly frustrated with tech support (or lack thereof) to correct my problems that I have since deactivated the phone and am using a Samsung Galaxy Fold 4. While there are still functions from the Duo 2 that I liked much better, the bugs and other items (bluetooth issues, MMS texts from iPhones) are no longer items I have to worry with. The Duo 2 phone currently sits in a drawer and will be used as a back-up smart phone until such time as Microsoft can come up with an update that will correct the many bugs and other issues.
