Dave, I have the same Hardware Version as you and touch version.
But here is the weird thing I have cured my issue (Party!!)
So I know I asked this before and someone with this issue said they did not have any smart watch, but I had a Samsung Watch (well 2 of them actually), and Samsung has a "plugin" to allow features of the watch to integrate with your phone...this uses bluetooth for all of this comm.
I took a stab at just removing the plugin all together from my phone (previously I just turned off bluetooth on my watch for testing which did not sure the issue) somehow removing this plugin is what cured my issue, I was able to consistently reproduce this multiple times a day previously and has not happened once since doing this (fingers crossed).
The downside was my watch needed to be wiped and re-setup, but have not had issues since.
If you are someone that has this issue and has any device integrations with apps, maybe start with removing anything that talks via bluetooth and has a service that runs in the background....
