I am trying to figure out if there is a gesture to mute and unmute myself during a Teams call. Is this currently an option?

    Hey,

I'm very happy to see that I'm not the only one looking for this feature. With all the Home Office happening these days and the big number of conferences I need to attend I would be very happy to see this feature being supported so that I can roam around the house, work in the garden or just grab something to drink and mute/unmute myself while not being at the laptop.

So if that could be added, I would highly appreciate it!

    Regards,

    Alexander

    Hi, Jmallit1!

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community and posting your inquiry. We understand that you wish to be able to mute/unmute yourself when in a Teams call with the Surface Earbuds. That feature you're looking for is really interesting. Thanks for taking the time to let us know about this and allowing us to help you out. I tried to search articles in the Surface Earbuds help page, I am afraid I don't see that what you want is available.

I have passed along your inquiry to our internal teams and will get update you once we get feedback on this. What your inquiring is a great suggestion though, you may visit this page to be able to Send feedback to Microsoft with the Feedback Hub app.

This may not be the message you want to read, however, we hope to have helped out on hos this is addressed accordingly. Take care and stay safe inside!

    Kind regards,

    Janette_Z
