Surface Studio No detected camera, wifi, or bluetooth

Hi,
I recently bought a refurbished Surface Studio AIO. When I booted it up, the computer showed it did not detect an integrated webcam, wifi, or bluetooth.
The devices are not event listed in device manager anywhere. Also when I booted into UFEI to enable camera...all of those sliders are "on." I did all the firmware Windows 10 updates to now, but still no luck.
Are these components missing from the beginning? What's my next move?
