I have been trying to sign into Workday but it prompts me to verify my account through the Authenticator app using a 6 digit code , but I cannot verify this as I have not received a code anywhere. I have checked my messages and my email but there is no code. I’ve attempted this 12 times already. It sends me an alert that a device is tying to log in but no code to verify my email.
