BitLocker recovery key not working

I received a blue screen of death. It asked me for my BitLocker recovery key. I went to aka.ms/myrecoverykeyfaq and found the recovery key. I entered it; it looped me back to the blue screen of death. Is the issue that I need a new recovery key?

But now the most important thing is that I need to confirm what you can see on the screen. Is it a BSOD page or a page asking you to enter the Bitlokcer recovery key?

Please first read the information in the above link and confirm the status of your Surface. If you will directly see a BSOD page, then obviously solving the BSOD is the top priority now.

The link that you posted a month ago is not working. the aka.ms/myrecovery and aka.ms/myrecoveryfaq addresses redirect to Bing's home page. This morning, I was unable to boot my Surface tablet, there is a blue screen with a demand to enter a BitLocker recovery key. I have no way to verify whether this is legitimate or a hack, or to access any directions/process for finding the recovery key if it is legitimate
