UHRS Crawler App Not Working

Hi! I havge been Running the UHRS Desktop App for many months now, and I always use the Crawler App, but now for more than a month the app doesn't seems to have Anithing Crawled, Usually I can get 15k-20k Crawled Sites per month but now it's always ZERO. Please can comebody Help me on this. Thanks
