Surface Pro 4 Screen Shaking/Shuddering up and down while Idle

have the ms support team fix this issue?, my warranty expired on june 2017, and I'm so frustrated with this terrible shaking screen.

my sp4 will start dancing after 10 minute when using OneNote, or 1 hour watching movie, or 2 hours while opening the pdf and edge, and even when just keep it in standby mode.

I've tried many different solution, it can solve the issue temporarily but not fix permanently . now I cant work using sp4 continuously, effectively maximum 30-45 minutes until the screen start shaking again. Hopefully its not a hardware issue and ms team can give a confirmation either it is a hardware or software/firmware issue

We can see that you've performed troubleshooting on your end, and that's a great job. At this point, there's no documented fix for this type of issue. However, we can still do all the troubleshooting that applies to this type of screen issue. 

Troubleshooting steps are usually as follows: [1] Installing all Surface and Windows updates, [2] updating the device drivers, [3] restore or reset your Surface, [4] and last option would be downloading the recovery image. However, if the image recovery process will not fix the problem, it means it's not a software issue, and we're leaning towards a hardware related issue.

Have you tried those troubleshooting mentioned? Have you tried bringing your Surface device to a physical Microsoft Store? If not yet, we recommend you do so. To locate the nearest store, see here. Why, so we can replace our Surface Pro 4's for the fourth time with another "refurbished" one that'll break down in weeks? Because that's what it looks like I'll have to do. 

My first one crashed whenever I touched the screen. My second one bricked itself through windows updates, my third one had unacceptable levels of light bleed, and now my fourth one has the shakes. I managed to fix the shakes for a bit by using the seconds timer in the task bar. But then Microsoft found a fix for my problem by disabling that fix and now the shaking is uncontrollable. Thanks for that, your customers put in the effort to find fixes and spread awareness of those fixes more than you do. 

So STOP it with your stock "have you tried our software troubleshooting" responses and make an official statement already. This premium priced product is a mess and you know it. Fix it.

I have had the same issue for a while. Unfortunately we committed the mistake of dishing out a lot of money for the Surface pro. I thought that having hardware and software from the same company would make it easier to resolve such issues. However that clearly isn't the case. Next upgrade will definitely not be a surface.
