Surface Pro 4 Screen Shaking/Shuddering up and down while Idle

I think I may have had this issue before and it just solved itself. However, my Surface Pro 4's screen has recently began to shake/shudder up and down while it is idle. If I am watching a movie, typing, or even moving the cursor it is fine just not when it is idle. It happened after I needed to render quite a few videos consecutively with Adobe Premiere Pro.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is it a software/firmware issue, or hardware? I am worried that it is going to begin shaking while I am not idle and that will become increasingly frustrating while editing.

    I think shaking best describes it. All of the screen rapidly moves up and down by a few millimetres after about 5 seconds of being idle. The last few days it moved by about 1mm, today it sometimes moves up to 3mm.

    The workaround I found and posted above seems to have stopped it, for now.

    Mine is doing it as well.  There are reports on Reddit and on other surface forums.

    Mine didn't start this crap until the last firmware updates.

    Putting seconds in the clock "masks" the issue, but doesn't fix it.  

    Either a whole bunch of folks had hardware issues all in the last month or there was a bad firmware that was released.  

    The phantom touch hotfix does NOT fix this issue.

    That is exactly my issue. And I think that it was after the firmware that mine first appeared.

    I agree the seconds thing masks it, but at least it makes it useable for me. I hope that they will bring a software fix for it soon though!
