Surface Pro 4 Screen Shaking/Shuddering up and down while Idle

I think I may have had this issue before and it just solved itself. However, my Surface Pro 4's screen has recently began to shake/shudder up and down while it is idle. If I am watching a movie, typing, or even moving the cursor it is fine just not when it is idle. It happened after I needed to render quite a few videos consecutively with Adobe Premiere Pro.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is it a software/firmware issue, or hardware? I am worried that it is going to begin shaking while I am not idle and that will become increasingly frustrating while editing.

    have the ms support team fix this issue?, my warranty expired on june 2017, and I'm so frustrated with this terrible shaking screen.

    my sp4 will start dancing after 10 minute when using OneNote, or 1 hour watching movie, or 2 hours while opening the pdf and edge, and even when just keep it in standby mode.

    I've tried many different solution, it can solve the issue temporarily but not fix permanently . now I cant work using sp4 continuously, effectively maximum 30-45 minutes until the screen start shaking again. Hopefully its not a hardware issue and ms team can give a confirmation either it is a hardware or software/firmware issue

    Rizza,

    As hundreds of affected users have already confirmed, the Software Repair tool does not fix the failing Surface Pro 4 displays.

    Please stop pushing us around and make an actual effort to fix this problem! How much longer must we sit around with these unusable devices?

    Have you tried to run the Software Repair tool? This is a tool that you need to download and run on your Surface device to fix common software problems. You may download the tool in this link.

    Just started happening to me yesterday!  I'm glad I read all 4 pages of comments here.  I'm out of warranty, unfortunately. And doesn't seem like there is a solid fix yet. . . Thought I'd chime in though and log myself as another frustrated user.
