Surface Pro 4 Screen Shaking/Shuddering up and down while Idle

I think I may have had this issue before and it just solved itself. However, my Surface Pro 4's screen has recently began to shake/shudder up and down while it is idle. If I am watching a movie, typing, or even moving the cursor it is fine just not when it is idle. It happened after I needed to render quite a few videos consecutively with Adobe Premiere Pro.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is it a software/firmware issue, or hardware? I am worried that it is going to begin shaking while I am not idle and that will become increasingly frustrating while editing.

    I would like to tentatively say thank you to Microsoft for the update publish on 8th March which appears to have fixed the issue with my screen shaking.

    *Edit: Never mind the issue has just reoccurred, however it is shaking much less than before, but still no fix.

    yesterday, I found cause my issue about screen.

    I notice if I make my surface in high temperature, the screen will not issue.

    so, I check it again, disable graphic driver and reset device, this time screen is still shaking after few a minutes, fan of the device is working so the shaking screen disappears, I enable graphic driver to the device cool down screen still work until I shut down and turn on it again

    Hey

    I have had this exact same problem!

    It started sometime in November/december of 2016.

    This is very annoying since I cant read a PDF document without having to move my mouse pointer continuously.

    I tried uninstalling re installing updates. Tried Hyper V disable but none of it seems to work.

    Will try the ss display in the task bar. But we definitely need a proper fix for this issue.

    add seconds in taskbar not work for me too, ease of Spoolers issue appear when screen idle so add seconds in task bar is work for him, my ease is opposite when I put seconds in taskbar get more shake
