I recently bought the Microsoft wireless modern headset from Ebay and it's not working properly. The audio output through the headphones works fine and I've tried this with Bluetooth and using the USB link on a PC, 2 Macs, and an Samsung S23 Ultra. The issue is that I can't talk, no matter what the device the red led light stays on and the headphones say "lower mic to unmute'.

I've reset them numerous times to factory default but the problem persists which is extremely annoying as these are for work. None of the buttons on the right side work, mute, teams, and call do not do their function. I have restarted the headphones using the pairing and call buttons so its doing something.

Also when I try to set up through Teams, or Zoom as for the audio, the red light goes on and does not capture anything I say but if I rub the microphone I clearly heart the feedback sound. In Windows I can play with the volume of the output but there is no slider available on the microphone even though the systems "sees" the usb link
