Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter with Surface Pro 3 Resolution Problem

My Surface Pro 3 is fully updated with the latest firmware and updates and the wireless display also has the latest updates.

When I have my bluetooth on and I connect to the wireless display adapter, my TV's max resolution that I can set is 1366 x 768 but when I turn my bluetooth off first and then connect to the wireless display adapter I can set my TV to 1920 x 1080.

It's kind of annoying to have to turn bluetooth off first before I connect to my tv. Is there something I can do to fix this issue?

Same issue here. Dell u2410 monitor and MS Mobile Curved 6000 Bluetooth keyboard.

Turning on Bluetooth will disconnect the wireless adapter. .

Your issue is different. But probably related. What happens if you connect your bluetooth devices FIRST and then connect to the Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter?

If I first connect the Bluetooth devices I get a max resolution of 1366x768. If I disconnect the devices the wireless adapter disconnects, after reconnecting I can choose 1920x1080.

Same thing here. With an Arc Mouse (Surface Edition) paired but not connected, I get the lower resolution. Flattening the mouse has no effect. In fact, it was flat (i.e. not connected) the whole time when I unboxed and installed the MWDA.  Both the Surface 3 Pro 3 and MWDA have the latest updates.

@Barb, Any updates from your contacts at Microsoft?

    No updates yet.

If you power the SP3 on after a complete shutdown  with the mouse flattened do you still have lower res? I have full 1920 x1080..

Do you have any Bluetooth devices besides the Pen?
