Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter with Surface Pro 3 Resolution Problem

My Surface Pro 3 is fully updated with the latest firmware and updates and the wireless display also has the latest updates.

When I have my bluetooth on and I connect to the wireless display adapter, my TV's max resolution that I can set is 1366 x 768 but when I turn my bluetooth off first and then connect to the wireless display adapter I can set my TV to 1920 x 1080.

It's kind of annoying to have to turn bluetooth off first before I connect to my tv. Is there something I can do to fix this issue?

I get pretty much the same issue, except when I curl the mouse to turn it back on, the display disconnects within about a minute.

Wish I had known about the issue. Don't think I would have picked it up today. Bummer!

Anywho... Submitted a bad review citing the issue both on the MS Store and BestBuy (where I bought it). I suggest more do the same. Squeaky wheel gets the grease and all.

Me too Jeff... Here in The Netherlands: f.i. tweakers.com, kieskeurig.nl.

    This shouldn't take so long.

Any updates on this ? I've been waiting literally for months. Does Microsoft really know the issue ?

This is really not acceptable. Can we please get a copy of the previous Intel driver?

I brought a Surface 3 on its launch today and it has the same problem; I guess that it will be returned soon.
