Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter with Surface Pro 3 Resolution Problem

My Surface Pro 3 is fully updated with the latest firmware and updates and the wireless display also has the latest updates.

When I have my bluetooth on and I connect to the wireless display adapter, my TV's max resolution that I can set is 1366 x 768 but when I turn my bluetooth off first and then connect to the wireless display adapter I can set my TV to 1920 x 1080.

It's kind of annoying to have to turn bluetooth off first before I connect to my tv. Is there something I can do to fix this issue?

    FYI: It worked until 10 Minutes ago with my workarround.

    I lost connection. Now i am back on 720p, can't even set a higher Resolution when extending Displays. AND: There is no Sound!

    DO SOMETHING MICROSOFT AND INTEL!!

    I can't believe that no one at Microsoft tests agains a Surface 3 pro!

    Any workaround posted here is actually more then microsoft has done till now. I really appreciate what you are doing here Ms. Bowman. But communications politics in this case it typical for microsoft.

    All this windows 10 open communication blabla means nothing if you cant get one single word from an offical in this issue here with a bug knowen for months and nothing happens.

    Sounds hard but is the truth.

    Hello,

    I experience the exact same issues since this last tuesday patch where my Intel Driver for my Surface Pro 2 was upgraded ( to 10.18.14.4170 dated of 16/3/15)

    Anoying because before BT was not gaving any issues and my WirelessDisplay experience was great.

    MS / Intel any improvement to the drivers is required

    I finaly got it working in 1080p.

    Current graphics Driver: 10.18.14.4170

    What did the trick was very stange: I installed hyper-v.

    After you installed hyper v connected standby or any standby at all is not available anymore.

    I am connected agains a Samsung LE46C570 in 1080p now.

    Works only with the smaller 32 Inch Version of this tv now.

    This is not a good solution. if you turn on Hyper-V then you will lose connected-standby feature.
