My Surface Pro 3 is fully updated with the latest firmware and updates and the wireless display also has the latest updates.
When I have my bluetooth on and I connect to the wireless display adapter, my TV's max resolution that I can set is 1366 x 768 but when I turn my bluetooth off first and then connect to the wireless display adapter I can set my TV to 1920 x 1080.
It's kind of annoying to have to turn bluetooth off first before I connect to my tv. Is there something I can do to fix this issue?

I installed W10 and also see this finally fixed. On a side note, W10 is phenomenal on the SP3 thus far - kudus to Microsoft on this unexpected increase in usability for their flagship hardware product. 8.1 was nice on the SP3, but 10's features and touch support are without a doubt next generation. I do use the wireless display adaptor, pen, arc mouse, and docking station, as well, and had zero update issues.

This is great news! Haven't put W10 on yet. Waiting to see what bugs there are. Usually I'm on the bleeding edge but not this time......

Since posting, my upgrade to Windows 10 came in and now everything appears to work fine! I can connect at the right resolutions and the connection seems stable with the Arc mouse connected, so looks like they've fixed it :).
It seems to be a little more sluggish to respond on the remote screen than it was before the upgrade, but it's no big deal for me as usually I mirror rather than extend the screen and am watching the screen on the surface to demonstrate something so lag isn't an issue. Of course, the surface screen has to match the 1080p resolution that way and for that reason I actually find myself wishing increasingly often that the Surface actually had a 1080p screen, but it's very good to have it working at last.
What version is the Intel Display driver in device manager?
