Ive been having issues as well. The best thing to do is contact your local MS store and inform them of the issue, and request a SP4 replacement. MS can't seem to fix problems with SP3 wifi, and I wouldnt expect a solution
anytime soon. Sorry man.
I definitely think you are right.
um... Its actually kinda **** cause
Microsoft center in Korea(where I live) is so fool.. Seriously.. I don't know about States or other countries but here, it truly sucks... Every time I call Microsoft, an agent who can't speak Korean comfortably receives the call. There was a rumor in Korea that
call agents responsible for SP3 are Chinese-Korean, and I assume that it's true. They don't know anything about technical problems and what they do is just make people wait. I guess the reason for this is the benefit from low wages. Microsoft can't simply
do that.
I had a kickstand and overheating problem which made me to exchange a product, and it took me more than 5 weeks! yeah, 5 weeks. After I changed though, overheating wouldn't simply be fixed. Plus, it's the internet now. After upgrading to Win10, come on.
I guess the local MS store wouldn't help. Well there is no MS store in Korea? Maybe I should contact to the headquarters about this thing. Just wondering Koreans who aren't so comfortable with English keep up with the problem..
