Surface Pro 9 lagging after sleep but only until power supply is conected

Hi,
I have a MS Surface Pro 9 and after waking up from sleep the screen is always sluggish (i.e. the mouse moves aren't fluid). However, as soon as I plug the power supply the lag goes away and is away even when I unplug it.
I've done a diagnostics but couldn't find anything.
Any ideas what could be the root of this problem? I don't have anything ressources intensive that is running.

2024-03-29T01:36:56+00:00 I bought 2 Surface Pro 9s'. Both are i7 16GB 256GBSS models. I have not noticed this on her machine but mine does it all the time. I thought it was windows and did a refresh twice.
Now I know I have this issue and CONTROL/SHIFT/Win + B does refresh the graphics driver and correct restore its response.
Shouldn't have to do that. Not sure if a hardware thing or firmware/driver thing. But it's a horrible experience.

Thank you for reporting the issue. We are testing a fix that will be released as soon as it passes the quality testing. When the fix is released, it will be made available through Windows Update. While we acknowledge that it is not always possible, you could mitigate the issue by keeping your device plugged into the power supply.

Sorry, I cannot belive, that I have Surface Book 3 for more than 2,000 dollars and after waking up it has brutal lags. This is Microsoft product which is not able to work properly with another Microsoft product. The issue exist more than 1 year and you are still testing. Unbelivable. When the fix will be done. Give us a date please. Not just: "We are hardly work on it." Because I dont think so. So when is it going to be fixed?
