Surface Pro 9 lagging after sleep but only until power supply is conected

Hi,

I have a MS Surface Pro 9 and after waking up from sleep the screen is always sluggish (i.e. the mouse moves aren't fluid). However, as soon as I plug the power supply the lag goes away and is away even when I unplug it.

I've done a diagnostics but couldn't find anything.

Any ideas what could be the root of this problem? I don't have anything ressources intensive that is running.

Working with Excel sheets is a real horror, scrolling through the columns is not smooth at all

Aaaargh !!

My Surface Pro 5 with 4gb ram goes much smoother, even with big sheets

Microsoft, there's something buggy in the last updates you pushed out. Are you working on fixing it?

Try this:

Ctrl+Win+Shift+B - If it works for you

Try that: On "Inter Graphic Command..."
Turn off "Panel Self Refresh"
