Hi,

I have a MS Surface Pro 9 and after waking up from sleep the screen is always sluggish (i.e. the mouse moves aren't fluid). However, as soon as I plug the power supply the lag goes away and is away even when I unplug it.

I've done a diagnostics but couldn't find anything.

Any ideas what could be the root of this problem? I don't have anything ressources intensive that is running.

Thanks,

ioan

    Nice, thanks for this tip.

If that keyboard shortcut doesn't open this app for you, like me, you'll need to download it. Search for Intel® Graphics Command Center in the Microsoft Store.

I had the same issue. Someone on reddit pointed out a workaround that works for me!

    Windows + Ctrl + Shift + B

Your device should make a beep sound, I think this shortcut reloads the graphics driver or something. Anyways, it works!!

    Try this:

Ctrl+Win+Shift+B - If it works for you

Try that: On "Inter Graphic Command..."
    Turn off "Panel Self Refresh"
    Image

Both the two methods work for me. The second one can even solve the problem for ever. Thank you!
