Surface Pro 9 lagging after sleep but only until power supply is conected

Hi,

I have a MS Surface Pro 9 and after waking up from sleep the screen is always sluggish (i.e. the mouse moves aren't fluid). However, as soon as I plug the power supply the lag goes away and is away even when I unplug it.

I've done a diagnostics but couldn't find anything.

Any ideas what could be the root of this problem? I don't have anything ressources intensive that is running.

    The issue might be due to power management settings. Try updating drivers, adjusting power settings, and disabling power-saving features. If the problem persists, contact Microsoft support or visit a service center.

    Ahoj,

    Mám MS Surface Pro 9 a po prebudení zo spánku je obrazovka vždy pomalá (tj pohyby myši nie sú plynulé). Akonáhle však pripojím napájací zdroj, oneskorenie zmizne a zmizne, aj keď ho odpojím.

    Done, and it really helped! I advice to Microsoft Co to make dynamic refresh rate as default setting for all Surface Products.

    To be honest I was thinking about to return the device due to this issue, cause neither me nor in MS Support didn't know how to fix it.

    I am lucky I found this brunch of discussion)

    I really love my Surface Pro and now finally I don't regret buying it
