Surface Pro 4 Pen needs to be re-bluetooth paired after waking up/turning on surface

Hello,

My surface pro 4 pen needs to be re-paired via bluetooth after the computer has been sleeping/hibernating in order for the eraser button to function when clicked.  It still shows up as a connected device in the bluetooth settings, and still writes properly even when the eraser button does not work.  After removing the pen from the list of connected devices and re-pairing, everything seems to work properly but this is obviously inconvenient. Thanks for any help you can offer!

April 11 is the date it will automatically be made available in WU without user interaction (they will start to make it available then, but slowly). If you want it today, after it becomes available, and no, I don't know what time, go to Windows Update, select Good news! The Windows 10 Creators Update is on its way. Want to be one of the first to get it? and Show Me How. The link it opens will change when it is available.

I installed the update manually by following the link on the windows update section under settings.

I had to do a couple of reboots to get the pen button to function correctly.

I have been using the surface for 24 hrs and the pen button still functions correctly after returning from hibernation or sleep modes.

Thank you Microsoft, just a shame you hadn't owned up to the bug earlier.
