Surface Pro 4 Pen needs to be re-bluetooth paired after waking up/turning on surface

Hello,

My surface pro 4 pen needs to be re-paired via bluetooth after the computer has been sleeping/hibernating in order for the eraser button to function when clicked.  It still shows up as a connected device in the bluetooth settings, and still writes properly even when the eraser button does not work.  After removing the pen from the list of connected devices and re-pairing, everything seems to work properly but this is obviously inconvenient. Thanks for any help you can offer!

I'm also having the exact same problem for what it's worth. Works just as everyone else is describing this. I just got my Surface Pro 4 today and already having this issue. Not a deal breaker, but extremely annoying...

I just realized that since I set up a family account for my girlfriend on my surface pro 4, this issue disappeared and the pen button start working properly everytime waken from hibernating (but you must log in both accounts! This is very important!!!). Could someone try this and post the result? Hope this may help. Not native speaker, sorry for my English.

Some new details for this issue.

Yesterday, I was going to create a .doc with screenshots taken from a PDF.

    Bluetooth on (obviously).

I pick up my Surface Pen from the side of the Pro4... and double-click doesn't work (allclicks, indeed).

Ok. (Grrr!) Unpair and re-pair the Pen.

    Seems to work.

After about 20 minutes, I have to search something on the web. Load Edge, some browsing, then I come back to my doc and PDF.

... Double-click has stopped to work again.

    Unpair and re-pair.

    Grrr!
