Surface headphones 2 and 365 integration

I just got these and downloaded the app. There is a toggle button for "Microsoft 365 integration," but it is turned off. I use this with my Surface Book 2, which I purchased last December. Do these headphones work with Microsoft 365? How do I turn this capability on?

To turn on the Microsoft 365 integration, when you click the button that says off, you should get asked if you want to turn this on and then to allow pairing.  This will create a Bluetooth LE connection for Surface Headphones and the toggle should turn to On, but will be grayed out.
