Ms have this same issue accross the surface pro 4 range. It is a hardware fault that they are not admitting. If in warranty take it back to were you purchased it from and ask for a refund. Do not accept a replacement as that too will have issues.

My surface pro 2017 i5 8gb ram screen flickers from time to time. The flickering become more intense while gaming. Wondering if any of you has the same issue or my device is faulty.
