Surface pro 3 Brightness control missing

Again the same old issue. After the last windows update (version 1903 build  18362. 239) i cant adjust the screen brightness ( is set in 100% and it is draining the battery).

This is the second time an Windows actualization creates this issue.

Does anyone have a clue how to fix it this time?

    After uninstall TeamViewer I was able to change the brightness again.

    I had Teamviewer 11 installed for many years. It seems that me chosing the option to 'black out remote display' might have resulted in the brightness display control being hidden.

    Thanks to @MatheusStefani' s comment, I uninstalled TeamViewer and the control immediately re-appeared, without even restarting the PC.

    Installed TeamViewer 11 again, restarted, and the control is still in place.

    After uninstall TeamViewer I was able to change the brightness again.

    Installed TeamViewer 11 again, restarted, and the control is still in place.

    Fixed the issue with the display slider not showing and unable to change display brightness from 100% by uninstalling the display driver and reinstalling it by downloading the driver directly from Intel's website. In my case since I have the surface pro 3 with 4th gen i7 processor, I downloaded the HD 5000 graphics driver for win 10 64 bit.
