Again the same old issue. After the last windows update (version 1903 build 18362. 239) i cant adjust the screen brightness ( is set in 100% and it is draining the battery).
This is the second time an Windows actualization creates this issue.
Does anyone have a clue how to fix it this time?

I also had this problem before. I solved the problem after updating the 19587 version. If you do not find this version update in Windows Update, please enter the Windows Preview Experience Program and select the module that is fast. Go back to Windows Update and update to build 19587. After restarting, the system will return to normal.

Had all the same problems too.
I did the Windows 10 Version 1909 Update and it has fixed all the problems mentioned in this thread.
Try that.
Back to Win8.1... better than nothing.
I will follow this thread... Maybe one day it will be solved, or, maybe will have some cash to buy a Mac.
Such a shame that a large company who created both the HARDWARE and SOFTWARE can't make this work.
Is that why people start buying Macbooks?
