Surface pro 3 Brightness control missing

Again the same old issue. After the last windows update (version 1903 build  18362. 239) i cant adjust the screen brightness ( is set in 100% and it is draining the battery).

This is the second time an Windows actualization creates this issue.

Does anyone have a clue how to fix it this time?

    All the problems can be solved when you install the MonitorDDC app. The prog can detect my SP3 screen (120QL01) then provide ability to change the LCD brightness (and show brightness level in real time if you or other softwares change it). It also provides features of rotating the screen and assigning keyboard shortcuts to a variaty of screen and volume changing.

    After uninstall TeamViewer I was able to change the brightness again.

    I also had this problem before. I solved the problem after updating the 19587 version. If you do not find this version update in Windows Update, please enter the Windows Preview Experience Program and select the module that is fast. Go back to Windows Update and update to build 19587. After restarting, the system will return to normal.

    Such a shame that a large company who created both the HARDWARE and SOFTWARE can't make this work. 

    Is that why people start buying Macbooks?

    I tried reinstalling the display driver, removing it, etc. didn't work.

    Did you download SurfacePro3_Win10_18362_1902002_0.msi from
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=38826 and then
    uninstall and DELETE the Intel video driver, run the MSI and restart?
