That driver number seems really low. there is an MS file to update all drivers (i think it's a MSI file or something).
Have you followed this:
Download drivers and firmware for Surface (microsoft.com)
Give that a try

I just recently purchased the Surface Pro 7 and Slim pen. I am on the third one as I have returned them and gotten a new one due to the touch screen not working. It works fine for a little while then in the middle of editing pictures or using the slim pen the touch screen and pen both stop working. I have done all of the suggested tips (Uninstalling drivers, reinstalling them, etc) and after restarting the Surface Pro 7 they work for awhile and then I'm back to having to restart to get them to work again. I am assuming now it is something with the surface slim pen interfering with the touch screen since I have been through three Pro 7s and not all of them can be messed up. Is there a way to fix this permanently without having to constantly restart my device?
I am a professional photographer and this is seriously messing with my work flow. I can not keep restarting my device every 15 to 30 minutes to get the screen and pen working again. My next step is to return both items and switch completely away from the Surfaces. I don't want to as I have had my Surface Pro 3 for years and love it but it crashed and I had to upgrade. Can anyone tell me what to try to get this issue corrected?

Hi,
I've also tried your tutorial (as there is of course no corresponding KBnumer i tried a fantasy number and the original .cab-name), but failed to open package...
Odd, can you remove the driver completely and then add manually? Just wondering if rather than update it, remove and the install?
There is a process here How to Install cumulative updates CAB/.msu Files on Windows 10 (thewincentral.com) worth a go, but i can't vouch for the site!
I also have the compatibility issue with Surface Pro 7 and Slim Pen and device manager says "Intel 2...." instead of "Intel 3.0.100.241". So I downloaded it from the mentioned update catalog, double clicked on the .cab-file and unzipped all of the files inside, right-click on the .inf-file ("successfully installed"), but still the 2....-version. Tried the same by unzipping to system32/drivers - still the same. Of course I also tried to manually install from device manager / update driver / search my computer / select folder and so on.
I'm too silly to install that driver?
