Facing the same issue. Surprisingly, the camera light does not turn off even after I login with my PIN. I had to turn off systemwide camera access due to that.... Really frustrating

2021-05-07T18:05:21+00:00 The "Windows Camera Frame Server" service must not be disabled for face logon to work.
Check using services.msc .
