After the recent update on my Surface pro 7 Windows Hello Face not working and its saying "Couldn't turn on the camera, please sign in with your pin"

Access settings on your device, then click on "system". Then click "get help" on right side of screen. Automated assistant will pop up. Enter "Windows Hello Camera" in search box. It should provide an option for "Windows Hello Camera issue". Select this option and it should reset your camera returning it to normal. Good luck!
Solved it, actually it was the drivers.
Which steps did you follow. I returned my surface under warranty because of this problem.
The new one does the save thing. This is a Microsoft problem.
I did every possible fix i could find online. Nothing worked.. I finally had it replaced because it was under warranty.
