Hi,

After the recent update on my Surface pro 7 Windows Hello Face not working and its saying "Couldn't turn on the camera, please sign in with your pin"

    Same issue. Tried a full reset and it only worked for a couple of days.

    I updated the firmware with SurfacePro7_Win10_18362_20.014.39957.0.msi from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=100419. It looks OK for a while. Could be the solution.

    I updated the firmware with SurfacePro7_Win10_18362_20.014.39957.0.msi from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=100419. It looks OK for a while. Could be the solution.

    Firmware update only works for a little while. Reboot will fix it for same amount of time.
